Therefore, we invest in training our employees to a minimum level of skills, abilities and competence within their role and level of responsibility and go beyond this to ensure they are demonstrating the right behaviours. NRC Plant has embarked on a behavioural safety programme that is based on the premise that all accidents and incidents are avoidable.
